What kind of jade do you work with?

We work exclusively with natural, untreated Type A jadeite — genuine jadeite that has undergone no bleaching, dyeing, or polymer treatment.

Does the jade come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every jadeite piece we sell comes with a lab certification verifying that it is natural, untreated Type A jadeite.

How durable is jade? Will it crack or scratch easily?

Natural Type A jadeite is remarkably durable — it ranks 6.5 to 7 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it resistant to everyday scratching. With normal care, it holds up well to daily wear.

Can I request a custom piece with my own design?

Yes. We welcome custom design requests — reach out to us through the Contact page to get started, and we'll walk you through the process from there.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the piece overall. Once you reach out through our Contact page, we'll give you a more specific timeline based on your project before any work begins.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item, including custom jadeite pieces and ready-made pieces.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries and regions.
