All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item, including custom date pieces and ready-made pieces.

Each stone is cut from natural material, no two pieces are identical: color saturation, translucency, and internal characteristics vary piece to piece even within the same design. What you see in photos and receive in hand reflects the natural stone, not a manufacturing standard that can be replicated or "corrected" through exchange.
