Shipping policy

Your order is our responsibility right up until it's scanned and picked up by our courier. From that point forward, the package is in the courier's possession and control.

If your package is delayed, marked lost, or stolen after delivery confirmation, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier. They have visibility into the package's location and handling that we don't have access to once it's in transit.
